Voyager Running Club | Cara Jones | Voyager Running Club allows students who are new or experienced to running to work on their fitness goals and train for competition. The running club will plan to attend local fun runs, charity events and Winter Track and Field competitions. Meet ups will be Tuesday- Thursday at 4PM. Whole group will always start with warm up 1-mile, then stretch and complete active movement drills. For long runs, students will get into groups of 2 or more at three different pace groups; beginner (walk/run 1-2 mile), experienced (2-3 mile), advance (fast pace 2-5 mile). | cjones@voyageracademy.net | |
