Make-up classes can be scheduled individually at the instructor’s discretion.
***All students, including returning students, must complete new registration forms each semester. The forms below are different, in efforts to help us keep an accurate count.***
Enrichment course are offered for all Voyager students grades K-8. For students who are NOT enrolled in the after care program and they would like to sign-up for enrichment courses, they may attend the after care program free of charge until it is time for their scheduled course. At the conclusion of their course, they will need to be picked up. If the parent is late, the parent will be invoiced $1 for reach minute late. Please contact Enrichment coordinator Patrice Johnson with any questions.
*Please note that registration for enrichments is in two parts: 1) Completing the forms listed below by clicking on the registration buttons, and 2) submitting payment via charter pay. Instructions are below.
How to Pay for Enrichment Courses:
- Log into your charter pay account
- Enrichment class should be added to your account
- Click “check out”
- Submit payment
Voyager Academy Refund Policy
Cancelled Camps or Classes
Parents are able to receive full refunds for camps/enrichment classes that were cancelled by the vendor/instructor due to low enrollment. Parents will have the option to receive a full refund, or to apply the funds that were paid to another camp/enrichment class.
Refunds for Other Reasons
Parents will only be eligible to receive full refunds up to 2 days after the camp/class tuition has been paid. Refunds will not be given for camps/ classes that will still be in session after that 2-day period has ended. Additionally, full refunds for camps/classes may only be given for reasons of extenuating unforeseen circumstances. Parents wanting refunds for classes/camps that will still be in session will need to write a letter explaining the reasoning for the refund request to Voyager Academy Managing Director.
