Voyager Academy will be using Charter Pay for program registration and payment. For questions about setting up your charter pay account, you may email Caleb Taylor at [email protected] There is a non-refundable $30.00 registration fee per family due at the time of registration. If you are not able to enroll and pay online, please complete the enrollment form linked in Option 2 and mail your check to Voyager Academy.
Option 1– Log in to Charter Pay. Complete registration form and payment by credit card or bank draft.
Option 2– Complete the registration Google form and make payment with a check or money order.
A separate form must be completed for each child. Be sure to indicate your Cohort assignment on the registration form. VA staff need to register using Option 2.
Before and After School Care
Parents can register for programs only on days that your student is scheduled to be at Voyager Academy. Aftercare program is for students grades K-8 ONLY! High school students may only use the care program for early morning drop-off.

Payments are due by the first of the month of the current month. There is a $20.00 late fee applied to outstanding balances after 6pm on the 5th of the month. On the 6th day of the month, students with delinquent accounts will not be permitted to return to the program until accounts are settled or arrangements have been made with program director or the finance office.
Processing vendors charge fees to their customers for the convenience of paying online. The total fees will be shown at checkout. Voyager Academy does not accept cash payments. If paying by check, please mail your check to:

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
DROP-OFF INFORMATION FOR EARLY CARE STUDENTS
All staff and students will be asked to complete the Voyager Health Screening before or upon arrival each day. Student temperatures will be taken BEFORE exiting the vehicle.
Individuals dropping off a student at the academy should not leave until the student has passed the health screening process. All adults and students who are in the car or on the Voyager Campus need to have a mask on while they are on the Voyager Campus.
Drop off for elementary students will be from 6:45am-7:45am in the Elementary School gym. Please follow the normal carline pattern. All parents MUST wait in the car until the screening process is complete. Students arriving at or after 7:35am should fall in to the elementary carline.
Drop off for middle school students will be from 6:45am-7:45am in the Middle School carline. Please follow the normal carline pattern. All parents MUST wait in the car until the screening process is complete. If you arrive at or after 7:45am, please fall in to the middle school carline. Middle school students will no longer be dropped off to the Elementary School for Before care.
Drop off for high school students will be from 6:45am-8:15am in the HS for “early study hall.” HS All parents MUST wait in the car until the screening process is complete. The fee for this service is $50/month. Families using this service should complete the HS early drop-off form on the Charter Pay website. Early drop-off students should enter through the gym doors.
PICK UP INFORMATION FOR CARE PROGRAM STUDENTS
Pick up for all students will be at their school building. Parents will not have to leave their cars during pick up. A staff member will greet you and radio for your child to come to your car. Each family will be provided a “pick up” card for each vehicle displaying the student(s) name. The “pick up” card should be placed on the dash or passenger side window of the car that is picking up your student.
Students will not be released to individuals without the pick up card, unless other arrangements have been made prior to pick up. The person picking up will need to present identification to pick up the student(s).
A staff member will be present at both locations (elementary and middle) to sign your student out each day. Please be prepared to show picture ID the first few weeks while we distribute pick up cards. This policy is to ensure student safety. Thanks in advance for your compliance.
Late Pick-ups– Please note that the after school program closes at 6pm. We understand that the occasional late pick-up may occur. However, habitual late pick-ups will not be tolerated. The school policy for late pick-ups is as follows: 1st occurrence-no charge, verbal warning; 2nd occurrence- $1 charge for every minute the student remains after school. This policy also applies to students who are not enrolled in the after care program and are not picked up by 30 minutes after the school dismissal time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
