Lunch Program

Third quarter is here—time to order lunch again!

The PTA is continuing to offer hot lunch from Chick-Fil-A on Thursdays.  For $3.00 each, you will have a choice of a sandwich, 8-piece nuggets, cool wrap, or side salad (these are entrees only—no fries, no drink). 

You can print out the order form from the Voyager Academy website under the Students tab, or pick up one from the front office.  The third quarter order form is due on WEDNESDAY, January 20th.  Turn it in to your teacher or the front office.  No late order forms will be accepted.  Hot lunches for this quarter begin February 4th.  

NOTE: Check with your teachers about any field trips that may be on a Thursday.

 I NEED VOLUNTEERS starting in February through May to count out the orders and distribute them to the classrooms.  This is a simple process that takes less than one hour.  It is ideal if a team of 3 volunteers signs up for one calendar month, but any other schedule is welcomed also.  Simply drop me an email with the dates you can help out.

  • Remember to include your contact info at the top of the form in case I have questions about your order.
  • Record your check # where indicated (this is very important as checks often get separated from the forms).
  • Please make checks payable to “Voyager Academy PTA”
  • If you have multiple children at Voyager, you must use separate order forms but it is ok to pay with one check.
  • Keep your lunch dates on your calendars as it is impossible to send out reminders.  (A master list will be available at the start of each quarter in your classroom.)  On Chick-fil-A days, you must still pack a morning snack and a lunch drink.
  • Sorry, if you miss school on a Thursday, no refunds can be given.
  • Keep in mind that this program is a fundraiser for the PTA and a portion of the proceeds benefits the school.
  • If there is ever a question or mistake with your order, please contact me directly ASAP to fix the problem; your teacher or the Thursday volunteers can’t really fix the problem as quickly.
