Voyager Academy Elementary School Mission Statement
The design of Voyager Academy Elementary School’s curriculum will create nurturing, respectful classrooms full of learning, where children care about the world around them, embrace and value diversity, and inspire curiosity beyond the school day. Our curriculum will teach self-control, social participation, and human development where children learn by doing and finding success in what they do. VAES students will experience the curriculum in meaningful ways by finding a question to explore, a real-world problem to solve, or a challenge to create something innovative and exciting. Through teacher and student-driven inquiry, authentic learning will include a deep appreciation of knowledge and 21st century skills.
